Alonso Alegre
Academic Director and Co-Founder
Alonso Alegre is one of the most experienced Latin American SAT exam preparation specialists, having worked continuously in this field since 2004. For more than two decades, he has successfully guided hundreds of students in the region on their path to achieving competitive scores that have opened the doors to elite universities such as Princeton, Yale, Stanford, MIT, and many others.
He holds two international master’s degrees: one in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, part of the Ivy League, and another in Business Administration from Babson College, recognized as the number one school for entrepreneurship in the United States.
Educational Innovation and the Training of New Generations
Passionate about education, Alonso has dedicated all his professional experience to the design and constant innovation of Educa’s SAT Prep Course, considered the most comprehensive program in Latin America. He has also served as a professor of Entrepreneurship at Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru, an experience through which he has sought to generate social impact by training new generations of students in innovation and leadership.
Global Participation and Contribution to Education
Alonso has also led training talks for university counselors and management teams, and has participated as a guest on prominent regional podcasts.
In addition, he is the creator of the College Insiders and Degrees Overseas podcasts, spaces dedicated to democratizing access to international education and sharing the experiences of Latin American students at universities abroad.
